Services
Refunds for services, such as consultations and classes, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Reports
Due to the personalized and digital nature of my reports, refunds for reports are generally not offered. However, if you encounter any issues or discrepancies, please contact me, and I will assess your situation individually.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email me within 14 days of the service, report, or class date. Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details or documentation.

Non-Refundable Items

Downloadable Products
Once a downloadable product, such as a report, has been accessed or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable.

Canceled or Rescheduled Classes
If a class is canceled or rescheduled by me, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled class.

Refund Decisions

Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and decisions will be communicated to you in a timely manner. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if I find the request to be unreasonable or if the services have been substantially rendered.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting me to attempt to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of services and legal action to recover any fees associated with the chargeback.
