In our early years, over a million new neural connections form every second, and while this process slows down, it continues throughout our lives. These connections shape neural pathways based on our experiences, without distinguishing between what serves us and what doesn’t. As a result, we unconsciously develop response patterns and survival strategies that may not align with our personal energy, aura, or unique 'design.'
What’s more, no matter our energy type, we’re often unwittingly conditioned by well-meaning communities to approach life in ways better suited to a different energy type.

Have you been operating without a licence?
I feel like I’d been operating my skin suit based on misguided 'training', like trying to drive a manual gearbox without using the clutch because I’d only ever seen automatic transmissions and adapted accordingly.
Navigating intersections (big life decisions) and changing lanes (interacting with others) was still possible without the clutch, but let’s just say it sometimes got very messy!
What if we could wake up to this unconscious conditioning and identify our ‘not-self' response patterns?
