doing our best and finding our way without any instructions on how to operate this skin suit.

In our early years more than one million new neural connections form every second and to a lesser extent our whole life cycle, we are creating neural pathways based on experiences without filtering them, we naturally develop response patterns and survival techniques unconsciously that are often not aligned with our personal energy, aura, or our unique 'design'.

It seems that regardless of our aura type we are often unwittingly 'trained' by well meaning communities to respond to life and pursue life in a manner suited to a different aura type.

A healer/mentor once described my medicine profile as having one foot on the accelerator and other on the brake, a very helpful insight for how I function.

To continue the vehicle analogy further, I feel like I’d been operating my skin suit from misguided 'training', driving a manual gear-box without the clutch because I’d only seen automatic transmissions and learnt accordingly. Navigating intersections and changing lanes (making big life decisions, interacting with other beings) are still possible without the clutch but can get very messy!
